1. How long does delivery take?

●Our products are shipped directly from our suppliers. Delivery usually takes 3–7 business days, depending on your location. In rare cases, it may take longer due to customs or courier delays.

3. Do you offer returns?

4. What if I receive a damaged or wrong product?

●If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.


5. Do you offer exchanges?

●We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, you can return your product (if eligible) and place a new order.
